Leonenko S. Indications and efficient technique of the endoscopic papillosphincterotomy performance in prophylaxis of relapsing choledocholithiasis and restenosis of the duodenal greater papilla.

The scientific work is dedicated to improving of surgical treatment results of relapsing choledocholithiasis and restenosis of duodenal greater papilla. The work is based on treatment results of 101 patients. The ways of indications identification and treatment of relapsing choledocholithiasis in 85.1% of patients were finally developed, and in 14.9% of patients - I stage of surgical treatment. Applications of improved instruments allowed diagnose recurrent calculus in common bile duct in 97% of patients and lower number of EPST complications. The algorithm of examination and treatment tactics of duodenal greater papilla restenosis allowed defining the optimal choice of surgical tactics and adequate surgical intervention. Realization of the developed evidence and rational surgical treatment eliminated mortality, fewer postoperative complications from 22% to 5.9%, reduced length of stay of patients in hospital in 4.3 times.
