Kudriavtseva V. The codification of investment legislation of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to research of questions about legal regulation of investment sphere in Ukraine. The author determines the main stages of national investment legislation's development and gives her own characteristics of their positive and negative traits. In the work attention is drawn to the systematic analyse of such specific term as "investment market", its structural elements. The thesis touches upon problems of systematization and perfection of Ukrainian investment legislation, especially upon questions about necessity of codification works in this sphere. The main tasks and methodological basis of codification of legislation in sphere of investment relations are formulated. In dissertation the author determines the place of Investment Code of Ukraine in general national legislation system, gives her own vision of Investment Code's structure and content.
