Grinvald S. Сlinico-psychophenomenological and medico-psychological characteristic of clinical psychotherapeutic effect-syndromes

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of effectiveness of psychotherapy of neu-rotic disorder by means of development and implementation the system of influence on clinical and psychotherapeutic effect - syndromes. The mechanisms of СPES formation, functioning, destruction and transformation were determined. Five families of СPES which are homogeneous according to personality factor were de-scribed and six groups of СPES which differ qualitatively (by the level of consciousness activity) were singled out. A three-dimensional classification of СPES was built to explain the regularity of СPES distribution within the group. СPES are regarded as the result of in-teraction of two vectors - the level of consciousness activity and personal cimponent in this classification. A new classification of СPES was built taking in consideration the mechanisms of for-mation, functioning and destruction (transformation) of СPES. This classification is based on a psychotherapeutic semiotics and makes it possible to prognose (and direct) the dy-namics of СPES functioning (occurrence, clinical peculiarities of development, destruction or transformation). The new СPES are described for the first time. Due to this fact the integral system of in-fluence on СPES was created. The new clinical descriptions, characteristics, criteria of dif-ferential diasnostics of aberoadversive, orthoagitive, vicarious compensatory agitive, ami-tocongregatory, hypobulical, pseudoagitive, hypermnestical СPES was offered. The differential diagnostical, clinico- psychophenomenological, psychophisiological and medical psychological principles of СPES dissociation were developed. The algorithm of defenition of the mechanisms of development and dynamics of KPES functioning in the course of psychotherapeutic process was created. The methodology can be applied not only with reference to СPES, but also to other psychological phenomena of psychotherapeutic sphere. The mechanisms of development of each СPES and the means of influencing on them were determined and this improves greatly quality and effectiveness of their therapeutic use in the course of psychotherapy.
