Essay

. In this work, which is based on the results of examination of 116 patients with hypertension and ischemic heart disease, there were estimated additional echocardiographic criteria of the left heart remodeling and dysfunction according to the learning and comparative analyze of left ventricle sphericity indexes, left atrium structure and function and pulmonary venous flow. It was proved that patients with combination of hypertension, ischemic heart disease presence and concentric left ventricle hypertrophy were associated with sphere left ventricle and higher left ventricle filling pressure, left atrial enlargement and decline of its contraction and support of the left ventricle filling. It was done correlative analyse of left atrium structure and function with changes of pulmonary venous flow.
