Shpylkivska O. Ukrainian terminology of the financial right

The thesis for the Candidate degree in Philology analyzes the terminology of the financial right as separate branch of the Modern Ukrainian literary language. It was examined derivational potential of the terminology, its word-building peculiarities. The dissertation gives the semantic classification by the definite thematic groups that represents general notions of the analyzed field. It was found the most important processes of the lexical and semantic levels, which are considered in the process of the functioning of the definite vocabulary in the legislative texts. The research of the problem of the semantic interpretation and functioning of the main terms in Ukrainian in financial right was done taking into account lingual and extra lingual factors, was proved the internal system connections of these terms, and also the main tendencies of the]r development on the contemporary stage. This work gives the analysis of the difficulties and problems, that appear in practice of the usage the units of the financial right because of absence the clear definitions of the legislative notions, definitions, unity in terminology. It was paid the attention to the expediency of the entering the legislative definitions in the texts of the legislative acts. It was compared the terms with the homonym units and appropriate generally used words for the finding the incorrect interpretation of this terminology. In this work were defined the peculiarities of the using the terms in legislative discourse.
