Kurochka V. Refractory Ovary Syndrome: Prediction, Differential Diagnostics and Treatment

The research paper deals with development of the criteria for early diagnostics of refractory ovaries syndrome, increasing the treatment efficiency by implementing a set of treatment and preventive measures. The authors have studied the hormonal and immunological status of women at reproductive age with refractory ovaries syndrome. Immune system suppression and significant pathological changes have been detected in the hierarchal structure of regulation of the menstrual and reproductive functions. The patients' ovarian reserves have been evaluated, which are marked by regular menstrual cycle, FSH, MIS, inhibin В, and the number of antral follicles in ovaries. It has been determined that hormone correction therapy combined with a homeopathic immune response modifier eliminates the immune system imbalance and normalizes the immune reactivity of the body. The authors have determined significant statistically probable changes in the quantity of T-active lymphocytes and T-helpers/inducers, which proves the positive effect of the suggested therapy on the cell component of the immune response. Diagnostic and treatment algorithms have been developed, which allow optimization of a doctor's further tactics.
