The purpose of scientific research is the elaboration of complex mechanism of state administration of primary health-care reformation on family medicine bases and its development in Lviv region by intersectoral collaboration (cooperation) under the direction of public administration authorities and regional self-government. The evaluation of recommendations concerning how to overcome the problems ineffective functioning of primary health-care is the another part of the purpose taking into account priority directions of development of health care.
