The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental study of peculiarities of motivational factors of employment of juvenile and adult personality, reflecting the essential aspects of motivational behaviour of jobless youth. The dissertation highlights new scientifically-substantiated results of peculiarities of motivational behaviour of jobless youth, as well as the evaluation and analysis of the system of employment factors determining the influence on motivational behaviour of juvenile personality in a "want of job" situation, which, in its turn, proves the necessity of implementation of differential psychological aid to the unemployed.
