Revealed, that persons with special needs have euphoric and sensitive types of reacting on diseases. Proved that exactly this types of reacting on diseases promote deterioration of life adaptation, notably decreasing of anticipate consistency level.Thus the main frustration factor for persons with special needs is dissatisfaction in communication area which leads to absence of support in reference groups and does not allow to form an adequate perception of future. A psychological support program for forming life prospective for persons with special needs were offered
