Dissertation focuses on reducing the percentage of severe manifestations in climacteric women with chronic liver diseases. Violation of the functional capacity of hepatocytes is manifested in violation of proteinsynthesized and fermentative ability of the liver, activation of lipid peroxidation, blod lipid spectrum, increased activity of enzymes as markers organospecific outcomes of the disease. The proposed medical complex with the inclusion lipotropic, antioxidant and antihomotoxic mullion a prevention oriented to mitigating major risk factor, contributed to the improvement of proteinsynthesized function hepatocytes possible removing of the main clinical syndromes, normalisation of blood lipid spectrum and of oxidat-prooxidant balance.
