The pharmacognostic study of the herb kind Achillea L. types: A. setacea Waldst. et Kit., A. ochroleuca Ehrh., A. submillefolium Klok. et Krytzka was carried out for the first time. Maximum accumulation of vitamin К for preparation of Achillea L. herbs possessing occurs during the period of flowering and bloaning. Distinctive morphologic-anatomical diagnostic signs of the A. setacea Waldst. et Kit., A. ochroleuca Ehrh., A. submillefolium Klok. et Krytzka herbs were determined. An effective haemostatic, hepatoprotector and antioxydative activity of the liophylic extract from A. submillefolium Klok. et Krytzka was determined.
