World tendencies of recreation development and possibilities of their implementation into regulation of recreational area of Ukraine are analyzed. System correlation of legal mechanism and financial support of recreation are which is based on the necessity of constitutional improvement is grounded. A system mechanism of state regulation of recreational area is developed. Coordination link in this system is carried out by the authorized management body in recreation area.
