Essay

In this thesis investigates the theoretical and methodological basis of the mechanism of public procurement system in Ukraine. Turns out the contents of the concept of "government procurement" and "public procurement system. Investigation of the main approaches to building an effective system of public procurement has to say that today there are approaches - centralized and decentralized. Analysis of foreign experience of the public procurement system has proven that the public procurement system in those countries united commitment to prok'yurementa, which provides cost-effective expenditure of budgetary funds.
