Essay

The object of the research is a process of forming of the system of satisfaction of demands of users in services provided by the higher educational establishments. The purpose of the research is a grounding of theoretical and methodological notions of the system of satisfaction of demands of users in services provided be HEE. The research methods are systemic and structural analysis, economical statistical analysis, the method of dynamic rows, sociological methods and marketing research in the form of questionnaire questioning; the design and cross-correlation regressive analysis, the method of approach to the systems. Practical results drawn on research are used by Main Administration of Volyn Regional State Administration at the regional program of development of educational services, by Lutsk National Technical University, by Volyn Institute for Economics and Management in the teaching "Marketing o Services" discipline. Dissertation deals with theoretical, methodological and applied grounds for meeting consumers' demands in higher educational services. The process of meeting higher educational services consumers' demands has also been modeled. Classification of influential factors upon meeting educational services customers' demands has also been proved. Methods of analyses of higher educational establishment commodity policy have been developed. Management activities in meeting higher educational services consumers' demands have been worked out. The prognosis along with general amount of consumers' higher educational services demands has been determined. Steady images of educational services consumers have been formed. Management principle grounds of meeting consumers' demands in higher educational services upon the basis of application variable management guide lines as to each of the processes have been elaborated.
