In the theses of dissertation theoretical positions are defined and methodical toolkit which allows providing formation of effective system of service in trading enterprises are developed. The essence of the concept "trading service" is specified; structural elements of system of service are allocated, the content of the formation of the system of service is defined; connection between quality and service system effectiveness is defined; directions for estimating the system of service in trade enterprises are substantiated; tendencies of the development and regional features of the system of service formation at macro-level are revealed; the system of indicators for comparative evaluation of service systems are substantiated; methodical approach to the organization for monitoring quality and effectiveness of the service system is offered; methodical approach concerning definitions of the priority actions directed on the increase of a degree of service in trade enterprises are substantiated.
