Lipovetskiy A. Features of rehabilitation on the sanatorium stage in patients with myocardial infarction and arterial hypertension

The dissertation is devoted to studing of efficiency of sanatorium rehabilitation of patients with myocardial infarction and arterial hypertension (АH) depending on the degree of optimization of blood pressure (BP), state of endocardiac hemodynamics and level of physical activity at the end of sanatorium stage. Physical loading in patients after МI and АH is accompanied by the decline of economy of work due to the greater requirement of myocardium in oxygens and increases of level of internal work. Besides the bysicle-test, the test of distance walking, taking into account the speed of execution ,can be used for estimation of work capacity . The patient can execute the level of soft work during adequate execution of distance walking to 2,5 km for 1 hour. It's necessary to consider the degree of optimization of BP in patients with III FC (functional class) (50 W) as additional factor at estimation of work capacity and recommendations for coronaroangiography (CAG) and determination of subsequent tactic of treatment. After the sanatorium stage of rehabilitation in patients with МI and AH returnability to work of level higher than easy achieves at 75 % patients.
