Kozhevnikova V. The legal regulation of marriage conclusion by citizens of Ukraine in the states of EU and their recognition in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to research of questions of legal regulation of the marriage conclusion by citizens of Ukraine in the states of EU and their recognition in Ukraine. It is established, that the legislation of all investigated states of EU applies classical conflict bindings lex loci celebrationis, to the marriage form; and lex patriae concerning material conditions of a marriage. It is offered to consider institute "recognition of the marriages concluded outside of Ukraine" in three aspects: as legal communication between two different national legal systems; as the admission of the state to application of the foreign right simultaneously with action of own internal right and as a result of corresponding legal proceedings.
