Shevchenko T. Legislative regulation of powers termination of the People's Deputy of Ukraine

The public relations connected with legislative regulation of the termination of powers of the People's Deputy of Ukraine. Carrying out of the complex analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and of some foreign countries and practice of its application in questions of the termination of powers of members of parliament; development of theoretical and practical recommendations for the subsequent improvement of legislative regulation of the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine. Philosophical, classifications and groupings, logical, generalizations, comparatively-legal, historically-legal. Domestic practice and practice of some foreign countries concerning legal regulation of the termination of powers of a member of parliament that has given the chance to find out lacks of such regulation of Ukraine is generalized.
