Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with extra-uterine pregnancy in the anamnesis on the basis of studying kliniko-functional, immunological, endocrinological and microbiological features, and also working out of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Influence of extra-uterine pregnancy on developments of the subsequent obstetrical and perinatal complications depending on a technique of treatment of infringements of reproductive function is studied. The basic features of formation and a functional condition fetoplacental complex at women with extra-uterine pregnancy in the anamnesis are established. It is shown a role of infringements of system immunity and micribiozenosise of sexual ways in genesise of placentary dysfunction at women with extra-uterine pregnancy in the anamnesis. Comparative aspects of frequency and structure of complications of pregnancy, sorts, and also perinatal outcomes delivery women with extra-uterine pregnancy in the anamnesis without and with use of auxiliary reproductive technologies are studied. The algorithm of the diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed on decrease of frequency obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with extra-uterine pregnancy in the anamnesis is developed.
