Ostrovska O. Psychological diagnosis in paranoica schizophrenia clinic

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of complete structure of the psychological diagnosis for paranoiac schizophrenia patients. It has the next components: main mental disorder, concomitant pathology, person characteristic, social-psychological diagnosis (participation in reference groups, professional and family diagnoses). It was empirically revealed that on social functioning level of such patients influence concomitant diseases (personal pathology, narcological pathologists etc.), personal features (type, structure of the personality, temperament, person evolution level, intelligence, education, age, etc.) As a resultant component of psychological diagnosis was allocated a social-psychological component because an ultimate goal of help for paranoiac schizophrenia patients is formation of ways and level of social functioning. The complex of psychodiagnostic techniques for correct definition of all psychological diagnosis components is offered and proved. The practical expediency of complete psychological diagnosis scheme for paranoiac schizophrenia patients applying is confirmed.
