In the dissertation on the basis of the conducted analysis of marketing functions importance the functioning of marketing service on an enterprise and methods of management expenses is grounded on marketing. As a result of analysis comparative description of base management conceptions expenses is conducted. The conceptual going is examined near organization of marketing activity on an enterprise, presented the sequence of the stages to which behave: commodity portfolio of firm construction, ground of strategy of advancement of commodities to the market, determinations of budget of marketings charges and proper mechanism of feed-backs. The method of market and positioning of commodities on him with the use of cluster analysis and theory of recognition segmentation got further development, with the purpose of choice of having a special purpose segments
