Volevakha I. Forming of future psychologists' readiness to providing competitiveness of organization

Dissertation research is devoted to development of psychological and pedagogical facilities of forming of future psychologists' readiness to providing organization's competitiveness. In the work on the basis of results of theoretical analysis and empiric research of maintenance and features of modern industrial psychologists' activity the internal and external psychological factors of organization's competitiveness are defined, as well as functions of psychologist concerning their realization. They were assumed as a basis of a model of readiness of practical psychologist to providing competitiveness of organization offered by the author. Psychological and pedagogical facilities of forming of the readiness were developed and approved
