The organizational and legal foundations of the bodies of state fire control activity having been researched. There is given a description of delinquencies in the sphere of provision on fire security and revealed the peculiarities of proceedings in cases concerning violations of norms and rules of fire security. The organizational of cooperation between the bodies of state fire control, other state institutions and law enforcement bodies is considerably improved.
