In the thesis the problems of the dialogue of the cultures of the modern society, the theatre's role as the factor of the intercultural communications have been analyzed (the conceptions of R. Jacobson, N. Evreinov and Yu. Lotman have been examined). The determination of the specifics of the theatre play action as semiotic ensemble based on a system of the heterogeneous artistic expressiveness tools has been given. The peculiarities of the development and the genesis of the Chinese theatre from "the theatre of the representation" to "the theatre of the experience" have been analyzed. The conclusion about the syncretism and the complex nature of the Chinese theatre has been done. The plays of Russian and soviet playwrights on the Chinese scaffolding at the end of the XX - the beginning of the XXI c. have been analysed. The rapprochement of the traditional forms of the Chinese theatre to the European canons that had given birth to the new tendencies has been proved. The conclusion that the development of "the theatre of the spoken drama" had resulted to the creation of the new theatre oriented on the realistic art principles has been given.
