Essay

Dissertation is devoted to theoretical explanation and new answer of scientific problem, the sense of it - is increasing of effectiveness of complex treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with application of mineral water "Berezovskaya" in health-resort condition. The specialities of haemodynamic action of different volumes MW "Berezovskaia" and various variants of balneotherapy are searched. We learned cinical and haemodynamic hypotensive and peripheral effects of diuretics, inhibitors of APF and using MW "Berezovskaia", this drugs and balneotherapy. The increasing of effectiveness of treatment of patients with chronic heart failure on the resort "Berezovskie mineral waters" and improvement of their quality of life with application of worked out method of complex using MW "Berezovskaya" and chloride-sodium baths on the basis of health-resort regime and basis drug's therapy because of stabilization of progressing decompensation, optimization pharmacotherapy, increasing of tolerance to physical load and quality of life, were proved.
