Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the increase of efficacy of rehabilitation treatment of young people with the syndrome of chronic fatigue by differential application of psychostimulating and psychorelaxative methods in the complex resort treatment with account clinical and pathogenetic peculiarities of the disease course. There were developed complexes of sanatorium-health resort treatment (hydrokinesitherapy in the swimming pool, therapeutic sauna, aeroionotherapy, virbroacoustic influence and clay baths) of the patients with the syndrome of chronic fatigue of mild and moderate degree of severity aimed at activation of sanogenetic mechanisms and mobilization of the protective resources of the organism.
