Essay

The patients complained of pain in back muscles, limited physical activity, rigidity, general weakness, vegetative dysfunctions. Risks factors responsible for development of the disease have been established. Methods of rehabilitating treatment for patients with dorsalgia have been worked out. These methods are based on using kinesitherapy (applying training apparatus, joint gymnastics, exercises in the swimming pool). For patients with osteoсhondrosis of spine kinesitherapy is used as monotherapy, for patients with miofascial pain syndrome kinesitherapy is combined with acupuncture aimed at inactivating myofascial trigger painful points. For patients with fibromyalgia kinesitherapy was applied together with medicines (mebicare, medocalm). High efficiency of the methods worked out has been established. Positive effect was preserved for more than 6 months in 70,3% patients of being questioned. Evolution of treatment efficiency correlates with quality of life indices according to data from Aswerthy, McGill questionnaires, Tsang index.
