Essay

The thesis is devoted to determine the effectiveness of treatment of diabetic angiopathy of lower limbs in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 diabetes through the use of complex resort treatment with magnetolazerotherapy or EHF-therapy in with pneumopressure combination. It has been investigated the clinical course of diabetes the compensation state of diabetes (according to the glycated hemoglobin, fasting glycemia and postprandial glycemia) and functional indices of hemodynamics of the lower limbs at the beginning and at the end of treatment. It has been shown varying degrees of positive impact of magnetolazerotherapy, pneumopressure of lower extremities against magnetolazerotherapy, EHF-therapy, pneumopressure of lower extremities against EHF-therapy on biochemical parameters of compensation of carbohydrate metabolism, blood supply to the lower extremities. The validity of the application of pneumopressure of lower extremities in the complex sanatorium treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus with diabetic angiopathy of lower limbs is discussing.
