Shulenina O. Complex treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis in view of account of neuro-vegetative and metabolic infringements

Object of research - atopic dermatitis. Research objective - rising of efficiency of treatment patients with atopic dermatitis by application in complex therapy of preparation with metabolic and neuro-protective action on the basis of establishment of features of neuro-vegetative and metabolic disturbances at different clinico-morphological forms of dermatosis. Research methods: clinical, morphological, electrophysiological, biochemical, method of neuro-network modelling, statistical. The theoretical substantiation and the new decision of the scientific problem consisting in rising of efficiency of treatment patients with atopic dermatitis are presented to dissertations, by application in complex treatment of Kardonat. For the first time features of metabolic and exudative disturbances, an immune inflammation in skin, disturbances of vegetative regulation and depression of adaptic possibilities of organism, disturbance peroxidations of lipids and deficiency of links of antioxidant system are shown at various clinico-morphological forms of atopic dermatitis. The complex way of treatment patients with atopic dermatitis with application of Kardonat is developed, its efficiency is proved. The original model of forecasting of efficiency of therapy patients with atopic dermatitis is offered. Results of work are introduced in educational process of chair of dermatovenerology and cosmetology of faculty of internship and postgraduate education of Donetsk national medical university of M.Gorky, in work of regional dermatovenerologic dispensary of Donetsk, city dermatovenerologic dispensaries of Donetsk, Kramatorsk, Mariupol, Makiivka, Gorlivka, Slavyansk, Kostyantynivka.
