Object of research - non-stationary deforming of construction elements like elastic and is viscous-elastic beams and plates, the research project - develop of analytical-numerical and numerical methods of the movable load acting on elastic and viscous beams and plates identification, methods - methods of mathematical physics for beams and plates, the theory of Fourier series, the Laplace integral transformation, the theory of Volterra integral equations, a A.N.Tikhonov's regularization method. New solution methods for the inverse incorrect identification problems of movable load influence on one-span and multispan elastic and viscous-elastic beams and the plates carrying lumped mass and laying on the elastic inertial bases are created. Results can be used for information obtaining of the character and size of the non-stationary loadings which occur in deformable mechanical systems. For the first time the offered method extended on a case of multispan beams and the beams carrying lumped mass is lead. The procedure based on numerical processing initial data which display dynamic behavior of some point of a plate on of concentrated on a viscous-elastic plate mass coordinates identification is advanced. The implementation of the dissertation results is carried out in Open Society " Kharkovdorstroi " and at the Kharkov national automobile and highway university. Range of application: car industry, aircraft construction, highway engineering.
