Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of important scientific task – to reduce the amount of gestational and perinatal complications for pregnant with diabetes mellitus, by creation of complex of diagnostic and therapeutic prophylactic measures, directed on the correction of hemodynamic and biophysical violations at this type of pathology. It is shown that for pregnant with diabetes mellitus characteristic change of dopplerometric and tensiometric indexes, their role is also well-proven in pathogeny of development of gestational and perinatal complications. The new method of prophylaxis and treatment of gestational and perinatal complications is developed for pregnant with diabetes mellitus with the use of ozonotherapy.
