Scientific work is devoted efficiency increase conservative therapy adenomyos in a combination to hyperplastic processes of a uterus on the basis of studying of the basic ehografical, endocrinological, biochemical and morphological changes, and also workings out of algorithm of various ways of use of hormonal therapy. The role complex hyperplastic processes of a uterus in a clinical current adenomyos is studied. Comparative aspects clinical symptoms of adenomyos in a combination with leiomyoma of uterus and hyperplastic processes endometrium are studied.
