Research object - the development process of strategy of auto transport enterprise. Purpose: deepening of theoretical bases and development of methodical recommendations on the system updating of the auto transport enterprise strategy. Methods of research. Тhe scientific methods: theoretical generalization, abstracting, systems analysis, process approach, logic analysis, systems approach, formalization; the special methods: structural analysis IDEF0, grouping, fuzzy sets, analysis of hierarchies, scenario approach, simulation modeling. The practical importance of the got results consists that their realization will allow auto transport enterprises to carry out the choice of set of the set of the particular kinds of businesses, providing achievement of the put aims at the given resource providing. The developed positions of dissertation were used at enterprises and organizations such as: JSC "Grain auto park", JSC "ATE - 16363" Kharkov. The row of positions of dissertation is used in the educational process of the Kharkov national Automobile-and-Highway-building university at teaching of disciplines: "Strategic management", "Management of organizations of auto transport" and graduation works. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in deepening of theoretical bases and development of methodical recommendations on the system updating of the auto transport enterprise strategy such as: firstly: - the dynamic model of forming of alternative sets of the particular kinds of businesses of the auto transport enterprise has been built; got further development: - the notion "the system updating of the enterprise strategy" has been got the further development, in essence of which, as distinct from existing, the criteria of balanced of the set of particular kinds of businesses have been included, and the position of the system updating at the substantiation of the enterprise strategy has been proved on the basis of the use of methodology of the structural analysis IDEF0 are included; it is improved:- the process of the system updating of the auto transport enterprise strategy, in accordance with which, as distinct from existent, the resources are allocated between the particular kinds of businesses not according to the stages of the life's cycle, but in order of the priority with the equilibrium of the set by the stages of the life's cycle, the assurance of the level of the strategic flexibility, synergism and the availability of the auto transport enterprise possibility of engaging of the additional resources. - the method of determination of the borders of stages of the life's cycle of the particular kinds of businesses of the auto transport enterprise, the difference of which consists of consecutive separation uniform groups, in which the flow of traffic is in congruence with normal probability law. - the methodical approach to estimation of strategic flexibility of enterprise by the summarizing index expected by the method of fuzzy sets on the basis of the developed private indexes; - the method of the evaluation of synergism on the auto transport enterprise, the novelty of which consists in its evaluation on three levels: summarizing (set of particular kinds of business); combined into larger units (particular kinds of business); gone into detail (processes of forming of the ATP expenses).
