Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the study of influence of new forage addition of minaza on the productivity, digestible of forage nutritive, quality of meat, state of the digestive and endocrine system sapling of pigs metabolism in the growing period and fattening. It is set that at feeding of minaza in dose of 2-8 g on 100 kg of living mass promotes the increases of average dailies the sapling of pigs at growing and fattening, multiplies for slaughter mass and mass of carcass, substantially does not influence on physical and chemical indexes and quality of meat, educes the deposit of fat in carcasses, improves digestible of carbohydrates, fat, protein, ash and mastering of nitrogen of forages, provides constancy of haematological index and exchange of matters, and in the organs of the digestive and endocrine system predetermines the insignificant changes of separate structures within the limits of physiological possible scopes. An optimum dose is set and scientifically grounded the productive action of new preparation of minaza, which makes 4 g on 100 kg of animal living mass.
