Chumachenko A. Ekological-ekonomic estimation of damage from degradation ground resources (on an example of the earths agricultural missions)

At the dissertation the design procedure of social and economic losses on the earths of agricultural mission from degradation processes is stated. Methodical ambushes of an estimation losses the budget from an intensification of processes of degradation are developed. Also theoretical ambushes on studying of essence of degradation of ground resources are improved. Approaches to an estimation of influence of transformation of ground relations on protection of ground resources are formulated. It is analysed theoretically-methodological ambushes on struggle against degradation of the earths considering experience of the European states. In connection with economic instability the substantiation of expenses for localisation of processes of degradation of ground resources is spent. Have received the further development methodical bases of an estimation of the ground areas that come under to influence degradation processes.
