Essay

Object of research are organizational projects and technology of modernization of civil buildings with their replanting and forming of apertures in walls and partitions. The aim of dissertation is to increase the efficiency of production buildings - assembling work on modernization of buildings with replanting and forming of apertures in walls and partitions through improvements in technology and organization of the work. Methodological and theoretical base of researches consists of analysis of Ukrainian and foreign experience of reconstructions production in the civil buildings with their replanting and forming the new partitions. Researched and implemented methods of system structural analysis and general systems theory due basis and choose factors as well as indexes which definite the results of buildings modernization to from partitions; chronometry observation; mathematical statistics and modeling when experimental data are processed; analyses and synthesis for new construction- technological solutions which are introduced in real projects. Researched of influence of constructional decisions of partitions on predicted technical-economical indexes, of reconstructions projects were set. Limits of using of beam and frame technology of reinforced of concrete cartridges depending on theist sieges, were substantiated. Relationships of constructive - planning features of buildings which need in modernization with forming of partitions were improved; possibility and technical characteristics of modern mechanized tool and equipment. New construction - technological decisions on preplanning buildings are substantiated. Such results allow looking them as a new decision of actual scientific - applied task for increasing of effectiveness of constructive - assembled works on modernization of the buildings with replanting and forming of apertures in walls and in the partitions. It is recommended for production and design organizations.
