Dissertation is complex research of crimean tatars national community as a subject of policy in Ukraine. The maintenance of theoretical models of concepts "national minority" and "native people" and their application in relation to status of crimean tatars national community in Ukraine is grounded in project. The basic forms of political activity of crimean tatars national community, mechanism of realization of it political interests are considered. It is improved, that the complex of ethno-cultural features of crimean tatars community became motivational foundation for forming of sotial, national, political interests.
