Lytvyn V. Comparative analysis of cabinet stability in Central-European countries and Ukraine.

There are analyzed and systematized existent theoretical ideas on determination of cabinet stability conception in the thesis. The author offered specify categories of cabinet stability, indicators and methods of measuring cabinet stability; studied intercommunication of cabinet stability and democracy development. The author also researched basic institutional descriptions of cabinets and parliaments in Central-European countries, mechanisms of cabinet responsibility, influence of cabinets types, features of executive-legislative relations, party and electoral systems, ideological composition in cabinets and parliaments, ministerial substitutions on cabinet stability in Central-European countries and Ukraine.
