The peculiars of functions of the political communication in political life of society are researched. The subjection of person in the information-democratic society and the meaning role the political communication elite are accented. The interaction of political communication and the political culture, the political values and norms are disclosed. On the influence of micro- and macro spheres of political life, which causes the political communication system, are argued. The process of function of political communication in political life in democratic society is modeled. The peculiars of political communication interactions in political life of Ukrainian society are investigated and the necessary of forming the nation information space is emphasized.
