The complex research of the international appearance of the state and processes of its transformation, forming are conducted. The attitude of international public towards Ukraine is analyzed. The investigational correlation of the concepts of the image, the brand, the stereotype and the appearance of the state, the integral author's system are built. The factors which influence on the processes of transformation and forming of the international appearance of the state are determined.
