Essay

The thesis is devoted to assessing the role of cockroaches as mechanical vectors of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms - causative agents of nosocomial infections and improved measures of disinsection in medical institutions. For the first time in Ukraine, study of the spectrum, level and sources of microbial obsimennosti cockroaches that catching in the LPZ during the periods of different intensity manifestations of the epidemic process of nosocomial infections. Found that 85.7% cockroach that catching in the LPZ were mechanical carriers of various types of microorganisms. The role of hospital waste as habitats and microbial kontaminatsiyi cockroaches. Shown the need for monitoring populations of insect resistance to insecticides.
