Essay

Object of the study is processes of personnel management industrial enterprise. Objective of study is development theoretical bases and development recommendation on improvement of the methods of personnel management industrial enterprise with account of the self-organization aspect. Methods of research are generalization and semantic analysis, system-synergy approach, statistical and economic analysis, sociological study (questionnaire, interview), expert estimation, benchmark analysis, graph of the analyst, formalizations and economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical bases of the building and operating the mechanism of personnel management as self-organizing system; offers for estimations and regulations level self-organization of the personnel. Novelty is development theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions, defining directions of the improvement of the methods of personnel management industrial enterprise in modern condition. Degree of the introduction by SE "Severodonetska HEC", SLL Research-and-production company "ALVIGO-KS", Severodonetskii city council Luganskoho region and town Centre to employment. Sphere of use is industrial enterprises.
