The thesis is devoted to the solving of actual task of modern medicine and pathological physiology - working up of correction method of functional, metabolic and cytological disorders in human peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils initiated by staphylococcal toxin. For the first time the complex study of staphylococcal toxin dose-dependent influence on phagocytosis, secretory, metabolic activity and cytological status of human blood monocytes and neutrophils in vitro is performed. It is established that combination of levamisole and Selenium active has the most signifi-cant immunostimulating, antioxidant, antiapoptic and antinecrotic effect on the monocytes and neutrophils than their separate application.
