Seryogin S. Mechanisms of prevention and opposition to corrupt practices in the public administration agencies of Ukraine

Object of research: corruption how the public phenomenon is. Purpose: development of approaches to perfection of mechanisms of warning and counteraction of corruption in the authorities of public power. Methods: authentications, extrapolations, system-analytical, comparative and functional analysis. Results: approaches to perfection of mechanisms of warning and counteraction of corruption in the authorities of public power are worked out. Novelty: conformity to the law of expansion of scales of corruption because of bulky of the state permission system is exposed, the aggregate of criteria for classification of factors of corruption acts is offered, directions of overcoming of corruption in Ukraine are definite. It is inculcated in activity of territorial structures of Head department of government service of Ukraine and Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine. Areas of use: public administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
