Essay

The aim of the dissertation is the efficiency raise of medical assistance for acute leukaemia children patients by developing of the improved medicine correction methods and prevention of hepatobiliary system injury. 60 (76,9%) acute leukaemia children patients are proved to have changes in the functional state of hepatobiliary system, more often among little and pre-school children. Liver injury of such children can be seen by the cytolis syndrome and the cholestas syndrome among 62,8% mainly in L-2 FAB type of acute lymphoblast leukaemia, its T-associated lineal form, having myeloidic antigenes co-expression. It is proved that acute leukaemia provokes violations of lypid exchange indexes, namely diminishing of high closeness lypoprotein maintenance and multiplying of low closeness lypoprotein level in blood whey mainly in the myeloid forms of leukaemia and also in L-2 FAB type and T-associated lymphoblast leukaemia. Liver ultrasonic research with doplerometrisity during traditional chemiotherapy gave the possibility to state the size increase of the right and left segments of the liver, multiplying of the slope angle of the lower liver edge and change of its tissue echostructure and also multiplying of blood stream speed in the portal vein system, which correlates whith the indexes of cholestas and lypid expressiveness. A new method of hepatoproject therapy with ursodezoxiholevy acid and ademetionin for correction of functional violations of hepatobiliary system of acute leukaemia children patients is scientifically proved and developed.
