Theoretical research principles of labour migration of the population are considered in dissertation. The adequate models of evaluation models of migratory climate and the prognosis of migratory increase of the population of Ukraine with the use of technology of neuron networks are build. The integral complex of models for the exposure of logical and statistical conformities to the law between socio-economic factors and migratory processes are offered.
