Bedrak N. Administrative-Legal Regulation of Tourist Sector

Dissertation is dedicated to investigation of the administrative-legal regulation of tourist sector. Attention is accentuated on peculiarities of the legal regulation mechanism, thanks to which a tourist regime realization is ensured. It was noticed that means of the legal regulation of the above mechanism create two groups: the first one comprises: administrative-legal means of leisure nature (tourist business licensing; permits for tourist support; certification and standardization in field of tourist business; categorical belonging of tourist infrastructure objects), the second one - administrative-legal means of influential nature (control of business of the tourist sector; responsibility for violation of the legislation of Ukraine for tourism).
