Kukurudz R. An appeal in administrative jurisdictional process: issues of theory and practice.

The dissertation examines the foundations of appeal in administrative jurisdictional process. There is described the administrative process as the jurisdictional scope of objectification of the institute of the appeal and defined the notation of characteristic features in the administrative appeals process and jurisdictional appeals correlation with related legal concepts, outlined the basic principles, objectives and functions of appeal in administrative jurisdictional process. The features of appeal in administrative delicted process in disciplinary proceedings, the proceedings on the complaints of people and administrative judgemaking process. The synthesis of foreign legal experience in determine the principles of appeal in administrative jurisdictional process and the key priorities of its loans for Ukraine are done, there are also highlighted the main directions of development of legislation in the administrative appeal process, jurisdictional, and developed proposals to improve legislation in this area.
