The dissertation for the scientific degree of the Candidate of medical sciences in speciality 14.03.11 - Medical and biological informatics and cybernetics. The deep analysis of possibilities of use of modern information technologies in improvement of the stomatological help and in professional training optimisation is given. On the basis of general clinincs, mathematical statistical methods, and methods of an information technologies features of information systems of transfer of medical (stomatological) knowledges on distance and within the limits of small specialised medical information systems are studied. Diagnostic criteria are defined at information monitoring of a condition of stomatologic patients (on an example of patients with caries). It is shown that information monitoring allows to lower quantity of complications for patients with caries on 27,3+2,6 %. The concept of small specialised medical information systems in stomatology is proved. It is shown their efficiency for maintenance of functioning of highly technological procedures in stomatology. Technologies of telemedical consultations of patients in stomatology are offered. Its using in practice allows to provide diagnosis specification of latent caries in 32+7,7 % of cases. The technology of remote training in stomatology which consists of five stages is proved: 1) an estimation of base knowledge of listeners; 2) an internal part of a cycle; 3) a distant part; 4) an internal part; 5) the total control. The concept of dynamic validity is offered at distant postgraduate education and at the control of knowledge of doctors - stomatologists. Its application gives the chance to build strategy of computer testing of listeners from new positions. The complex criterion of efficiency of the distant control of knowledge in stomatology which includes complexity indicators is offered.
