The aim of the thesis research is to ground theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations to improve the mechanism of corporate governance in joint stock companies for processing agricultural products. The object of research is a collection of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the mechanism of corporate governance in joint stock companies. Methods: abstract-and-logical, statistics and economics, monographic, method of analysis and synthesis, cluster analysis. Theoretical results: the enrichment of science are theoretical and methodological developments for managing corporative enterprises. Practical results: to develop recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of mechanism of managing corporative enterprises. Scientific novelty: the first time the methodological approach to integrated assessment of corporate governance as a mechanism based on disclosed information regarding its formal, content and system characteristics. Degree of implementation: scientific and methodological development are recommended for implementation by Department of Agriculture Development in the Zhytomyr region, in the Zhytomyr national agroecological University, in the practice of "Zhytomyr butter'', the OAO Zhytomyrmoloko. ". Effectiveness: results of research will improve the economic efficiency of corporate governance that will yield economic factor in the processing of agricultural products. Field, industry usage: the economy and industrial development, higher education, corporative enterprises of the agrarian sphere.
